Our annual shareholder meeting at Green Acre Campus Point was a chance for our shareholders to elect directors, confirm our independent auditor and network with each other. It was also our chance to celebrate five years in business and recap the past year of Endeavor Bank’s performance, accomplishments and growth.
Highlights of our presentation included opening an office in San Diego’s East County, prioritizing liquidity in our management strategy and determining priorities in an environment of rising interest rates. Our CEO Dan Yates also explained what it means to be a value stock, and he presented our plans for Endeavor Bank moving forward.
